Richard Preston and his wife had a very clear brief and specific design in mind when they contacted Paragon Oak to build a four-bay oak-framed garage for their beautiful new home in the heart of leafy Cheshire.
Now delighted Richard wishes he had a pound for every compliment he has been paid about it.
Unique and bespoke approach to meet the client’s requirements
The design consisted of two open bays to use as a carport with a closed bay for secure parking and a fourth bay to store their gardening equipment. The garage was constructed with a hipped roof design, using concrete, rosemary-style tiles and a larch feather-edge weatherboard which would weather to a silver grey to match the oak perfectly.
A KEY REQUIREMENT WAS THAT THE GARAGE WAS MANUFACTURED AND CONSTRUCTED WITHIN A SET TIME FRAME SO OUR TEAM WORKED TO STRICT DEADLINES TO ENSURE THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE.
