After providing friendly advice and expertise to a local contractor, we earned his trust to source oak frames for a new housing development of eight bespoke detached houses and a barn conversion in the pretty West Yorkshire village of Farnley Tyas.
Our remit was for a variety of oak frame designs
ranging from two-storey large corner frames, fixed two-storey frames and open porches.
Our frames were delivered bang on time and on brief, which meant the whole project was completed within the required timescale.
The addition of our frames undoubtedly added to the saleability of each home – with all of them quickly snapped up off-plan.
WE EXPECT TO BE INVOLVED IN MANY MORE SUCH DEVELOPMENTS, EITHER INDIVIDUAL HOMES OR LARGER PROJECTS LIKE THIS, IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
